LM2336 Six-way Darlington drive circuit with built-in three-terminal regulator

1. Description of LM2336:

LC2336 is a six-way Darlington drive circuit with a built-in three-terminal regulator. The circuit integrates a 78L33 three-terminal regulator, which can provide a stable 3.3V output power. Its internal integrated Darlington drive circuit is optimized for switching inductive loads (relays), and the integrated freewheeling diode can absorb the voltage spikes generated when the relay is turned off. A single Darlington drive circuit can output 300mA current, and the Darlington can be connected in parallel to achieve higher output current capability. This circuit can be widely used in relay driver lighting driver, display driver (LED), linear driver and logic buffer.

2. Features of LM2336:

Single collector output current: 300mA

High voltage resistance: 30V

Input compatible with TTL/CMOS logic signal

Integrated 78L33 three-terminal regulator

Widely used in relay drive
